AawazX द्वारा संचालित (powered by) Stockzone पर आपका स्वागत है। हमारी website (https://aawazx.com/) और Stockzone Android Application (जिन्हें सामूहिक रूप से “Platform” कहा गया है) को access और उपयोग करने का मतलब है कि आप AawazX के इस agreement के terms और conditions को स्वीकार करते हैं।
1. Scope of Platform Content
AawazX (aawazx.com) और Stockzone App पर उपलब्ध सभी content—जैसे Gaming updates, Trending topics, Market analysis summaries, General news highlights, Educational articles, और Insights—केवल personal, non-commercial, informational, और educational उपयोग के लिए हैं। आप हमारी पूर्व लिखित अनुमति (prior written permission) के बिना किसी भी content को reproduce, redistribute, या republish नहीं कर सकते हैं।
2. Purely Educational Purpose & No Financial Tips (Disclaimer)
- Strictly No Financial Tips: यह Platform किसी भी प्रकार की Financial Tips, Investment Advice, Trading Calls, Stock Recommendations, या Profit Strategies प्रदान नहीं करता है।
- 100% Educational & Informational: Platform पर मौजूद सभी financial या market graphics, charts, analysis, और articles केवल Educational Purpose (शिक्षा और सीखने) के लिए हैं।

3. Not a Registered News Agency / Media House
Google Play policies और regulatory guidelines के तहत, हम स्पष्ट करते हैं कि AawazX और Stockzone कोई official news publication, registered media house, या journalistic agency नहीं हैं। हम Google News policy के अंतर्गत ‘News App’ की श्रेणी में नहीं आते हैं। हम एक independent blogging platform/app हैं जो public domain में उपलब्ध trending topics, gaming, and general topics पर informative content प्रस्तुत करते हैं।
4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Platform पर कुछ educational posts, advanced features, ya premium content को access करने के लिए one-time payment या subscription की आवश्यकता हो सकती है।
- Stockzone Android App के माध्यम से होने वाली सभी digital purchases Google Play Billing के द्वारा secure तरीके से process की जाती हैं।
- Premium content access केवल आपके पंजीकृत खाते तक सीमित है और यह non-transferable है।
- Refund Policy: Digital content तुरंत deliver/consume होने के कारण सभी sales final होती हैं। Android App Purchases के संदर्भ में कोई भी refund request पूरी तरह से Google Play की official Refund Policies के अनुसार handle की जाएगी।
5. Intellectual Property Rights
जब तक कि अन्यथा न दर्शाया गया हो, Platform पर उपलब्ध सभी original articles, branding, design, और content के intellectual property rights AawazX के पास सुरक्षित हैं।
6. External Links & Third-Party Services
हमारे Platform पर third-party websites, games, tools, ya services (जैसे Google Play Store, analytics, advertising networks) के links हो सकते हैं। इन external websites के content, privacy policies, या services पर AawazX का कोई नियंत्रण नहीं है और न ही हम इसकी कोई जिम्मेदारी लेते हैं।
7. User Conduct & Security
Users से अपेक्षा की जाती है कि वे Platform का सही उपयोग करें। यदि कोई user Platform security, API, ya paywalls को bypass/hack करने की कोशिश करता है, या fraudulent transactions में शामिल पाया जाता है, तो AawazX बिना पूर्व सूचना के उनका account suspend या terminate करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।
8. Limitation of Liability
AawazX, Stockzone, इसके authors, ya developers इस Platform पर मौजूद किसी भी educational content, information inaccuracies, ya trading/investment decisions से होने वाले प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष (direct/indirect) वित्तीय नुकसान के लिए किसी भी स्थिति में उत्तरदायी (liable) नहीं होंगे।
9. Changes to Terms
हम समय-समय पर इन terms को update करने का अधिकार रखते हैं। Updated terms website/app par publish होते ही प्रभावी माने जाएँगे।
